What is Absence Management 360?
Absence Management 360 is a web and telephone based human resources solution automating the process of reporting employee absences and finding replacement workers.
Absence Management 360’s effortless call-in component, provides employees a painless way to report their absence and makes finding replacement staff simple. Once an absence is reported, our solution can search the available database of replacement workers and automatically call them to fill in for the current opening.

Employee Absence Notification
This application includes both a voice and GUI interface providing employees a means to indicate that they are going to be absent or late for their scheduled shift. The Employee Absence Notification application gathers information from the employee about their absence or tardiness, and reports the related data to a centralized environment.If the report is an absence, a reason is then entered by the employee, and an optional voice message can be left.
Once the employee has entered his or her reason for the absence and optional voice message, a GUI interface on the employee's manager's computer will indicate the absence. The manager can then make arrangements to have the shift covered by another staff member, alternatively the Replacement Worker component can be used to automate this entire process.
Replacement Worker
This application automates the process of employees reporting their absences and then utilizes a Database to search, call and acquire an appropriate replacement workers on short notice. Replacement Worker automatically determines a list of suitable replacement workers and contacts the best replacement employee or contractor when a regularly scheduled employee is unavailable.
Administrators and supervisors using the Replacement Worker system are able to verify and change absence information, as well as review voice messages which have been left regarding the absences. Additionally, full reporting and exporting procedures are available, which allows the absence information to be shared with other software products.
