VoiceConX MD can front-end your existing transcription system platform with it’s robust telephony processing. VoiceConX MD will manage and maintain the interface to a variety of carriers. This allows you to focus your daily operations on acquiring new patients and managing existing ones.
Our platform provides numbers for callers to access the system for dictation. Clients or physician groups will be issued unique User ID’s associated with each individual toll free number. Once the dictation has been completed, we will ftp the audio file to your distribution system for delivery to the transcriptionist.
We were asked to replicate the interface for a new customer due to repeated outages with their then current provider, The front-end interface was replicated so that the callers did not realize they were on a different platform. The backend audio file processing was also replicated so that our customer did not have to make any changes in their system that delivers the audio files to the transcriptionists.*
